This contract is nonrefundable and nontransferable. You are entitled to hold your membership for up to 6 weeks without penalty. If you cancel before the expiration date of the membership, a fee of $50 will apply and you will be responsible for the remaining contract. This membership allows unlimited class attendance each month and is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The monthly fee will be charged on the same date each month.
